I won't understand if you don't allow me to release this! people can record ten seconds of a game and release them, that's completly someone else's work. so i belive if you can do thouse, i can do this can't I?

No, the rules as applied here [on Wincustomize.com] to Dreams...relating to limited capture of animation can be defended/argued as 'fair use', and the Wincustomize Management is happy with that determination.

Similarly, Wincustomize.com has a policy regarding screenshots and wall image obscuring which would deny your displaying that image above...unless you specifically created it yourself...

to emulate a name/Logo may be acceptable (if the graphic was made by you to resemble the original).. i cant remember exactly tho..
